Our History
Colorado's Lawn Service was founded in 2012 by our CEO, Carlos Colorado. In search of a greater future and better opportunity as a deaf young man in San Antonio, Texas; he embarked on a journey not knowing what it would become. With a borrowed push mower, broom and the support of his friends and family, he took on the challenge to go door to door. By only being able to communicate using the notes app on his phone, in order to support his wife and new born daughter he made it his mission to not come home until he made $200 a day, no matter how long it would take.
After 4 years of dedication and hard work Carlos persevered and was able to hire his first employee. Through the years of cutting residential properties the business was steadily increasing in both experience and knowledge. In 2020, despite the challenges we encountered as a whole, CLS was given an opportunity to obtain its first 5 commercial properties through a world wide franchise.
Now in 2024, Colorado's Lawn Service is reaching new heights and expanding to DFW and Conroe/Houston Texas. CLS looks to become the premier lawn service provider in Texas, delivering exceptional lawn service.
